I had several android tv boxes before, plus i have a strong technical background, and this box is of the best i had, yet, the lowest price ($50) i had paid. First of all, the android os is a registered copy, allowing me to upgrade from version 9 to version 10; the system works as expected. Before this box i had bought here at amazon another box for $20 higher price, i had finally to throw it into the garbage.

Honestly kind of shocked at how well it handles for what i paid for it.

This is a great android tv box wonerful picture quality, speed 100%, it’s a good replacement to my firestick that was low on memory. One of the apps lets me watch picture in picture, which comes in handy. Only gripe so far is the remote and keyboard doesn’t come with batteries. It isn’t much more than popular devices like roku and the fire tv stick but it has much much more space than the others. I think my fire stick has less than 10gbs of storage space – maybe it’s about 8gbs. I’m lucky to be able to buy it at such a low price.

To turn the unit off completely, do not long press the power button. Long pressing the power button will enable the right-side power button. If this happens and you power off from there, the unit will shut down but reboot. Other than that i find nothing wrong with the unit. Oh you may want to prop it up on something for better air flow on the bottom of the unit due to it getting very warm.

It is so responsive to the remote control. You don’t have to keep punching keys, once is all it takes to respond. It is very easy to install extra apps to enhance your user experience.The picture quality is exceptional, also. It is very simple to upate over the air. Another good point is the price. This device out performs much more expensive boxes. Their customer service is exceptional.I wish i could buy all my amazon products from this seller.

5、The keyboard needs to be reconnected—Please try to repair the code for it, press FN firstly, do not release, and press FN+F1 together , after blue led light showing, release the keys, put in the usb receiver, after the blue led light is not flashing, it means the repair code is successful.

6、If your TV box needs to be restarted after a period of using, it may be that some apps you installed are not compatible or some data is damaged. It is recommended that you “reset” in the settings.

7、According to which WiFi router you may have,Where an 802.11n router can theoretically achieve close to100mbps or more, it will likely be less as you are getting. You can possibly achieve faster speeds with an 802.11ac router, which can (theoretically) achieve 10-100mbps. I say theoretically because every system has flaws and the numbers advertised are ALL produced in nice case scenarios.WiFi’s theoretical speed is 8-10 times faster than the actual speed, which is the calculation method.Hope this helps.
