KATTCAM Security Camera Outdoor Wireless
This is my 2nd kattcam camera. What i like about the new camera is the improved night visibility and the great ir motion detector. There is an option to use a subscription based cloud system or an sd card. I am using the sd card (it accepts up to 128gb). Given the better night visibility of this camera i am using this outdoor and mounted the old camera indoor. This camera, like the previous one, is really easy to setup using the cloudedge app, you just download the app, turn camera on, follow simple directions on screen and the camera is ready to go in 30 seconds.
First of all, i have to say that this is amazing, such a small kattcam camera has such a large battery capacity-10,000 mah, it is much smaller than all the security cameras i bought before. I have been using the camera for a week now and still have half of the battery. Secondly, as the video says, the installation is quick and easy. I finished the installation within 20 minutes after reading the manual. (maybe because i am a male, the installation is not a big problem for me) i installed it at the door. Third, i want to talk about this unique color. The first time i bought a black camera, when i saw it for the first time, it was not as difficult as i thought.
I definitely rate this camera a 5 out of 5. The camera has an intercom and microphone so you can have 2-way communications through the camera. It has motion and thermal detection which can trigger an alarm notification in the app and trigger recording, either to the sd card or to a paid cloud service. I’ve been using the sd card for storage and it works fine, giving you the ability to pull up historical video. It’s a great camera with all the standard features, but then really complemented by having a battery that doesn’t need recharging for over a month is awesome.
I love this camera that i’m buying another one . It’s easy to instal to your smartphone and to your home . I get quick alerts with the motion detection also the battery has lated for quite some days with still full charge.
Your browser does not support html5 video. It is so amazing because it takes so little to install, and maintain, this camera. I got this, charged it up fully, and put it up at a corner of my house, then got it hooked up via the app into my smart home. I can access this with the app, or with my alexa. And the battery should last at least a couple of months. Which means the next time i need to charge this, it will be winter or at least late fall. And the picture has about a 20-30 second delay, but that’s so it will pick up any delayed action. Motion detection is great and you can adjust the sensitivity easily. The picture quality for day and night is fantastic. I swear it gets better all the time.
