Do not use the qr code given in the instruction booklet to download the app. It leads to an app that is completely in chinese language. As a matter of fact, there is no place in the instruction booklet or the box that says the name of the app and it is futile trying to find the app through the name of the product. I had to look through the reviews to find the name of the app. It makes you wonder how they found the name of the app. . Connecting your phone to the lock is done at your own risk. This particular lock is not listed in the app, so there’s a lot of guessing going on. It will keep saying that connection has failed, what it won’t say is that you have to continually press the lock with your finger to keep it in an awake mode so that your phone can find the lock. I would not recommend this product.

First off this is heavy for a door handle. App is really user freindly ,in the way off my grandma can use it.

Your browser does not support html5 video.  very nice lock, just installed so i’m not sure how it will stand up over time. Installing it was a bit time consuming bc it was unlike any other smart lock i’ve done, you use the allen key for it all. And you have to insert pull screw casings so the screw can reach through the door. But there is a video if needed, but i didnt even need it, just patience. Once i got that done it was easy. You install the app and the rest is a breeze. I did have to ‘look for my lock’ several times through bluetooth and i had to try 3 or 4 times to connect it but then it was good. Setting up fingerprint is easy and very accurate so far. You can send ‘e keys’ to roommates or family and they down load app and can add there fingerprint or simply unlock with the app. You as the admin can allow permanent access or you can limit it to a 1 time or how ever long you need. This lock is really cool so far, i will update in a month to see how it hold up.

Works great but fingerprint recognition not always 100 percent.

Keep the arrow’s symbol must face the door edge to install(as shown).

Correct Installation

Only after via App / Fingerprint/Mechanical Key verification that you can unlock by lift up/press down the handle.

Faulty Installation

• Cannot unlock or lock properly.
• Without any verifications(App/Fingerprint/Mechanical Keys),but can unlock.
• Solution:make the arrows direction correctly as directed.

Every lock you received is brand new.

• To prevent scratch on smart lock during transportation, we have covered extra protective film on the surface of smart lock.
