Your browser does not support html5 video.  hardest part about using this was mounting it. It has a standard active camera mount that’s hard to do solo but i managed. The app is user friendly, easy to use. What i like the best is how it will lock the sd card from being written over in the event of a hit/accident. The video is clear in high resolution and the flashing lights are very bright.

Delivery was fast and item well packaged. Connecting my smartphone to teentok was a guesswork with instructions only. Now teentok made a video showing the ease of connection. Good jobteentok rear bike cam is slimmer than my old rear bike cam. Mounting for teentok is secure on round seattube. Not sure how it will work mount on an aero seattube. Video quality at 1080p taken at night ride is good. Pretty sure it will even be better in daylight. Mounting smartphone to have constant view of behind is neat but i skipped it due to space on my handlebar.

The reason i am giving it a four is because the image is reversed on the iphone. What i mean is what ever is shown on the right of the iphone is actually on the left. Just be aware of this especially using it as a rear camera.

The app is not user friendly but once you learn it, it works very well. Using my phone as a screen with a back view and recording all the time increases rides’ safety.

I gave this item all five stars because this camera has helped me stay safe on the road and the customer service is fantastic with their quick response. I love that i have a rearview on my phone when riding on a road with heavy traffic. I bought the camera back in july, and on a ride 25 miles, the camera dies after that long, which is a little over 2 hrs without having it synched via wifi to my phone. When it is synched to my phone, it lasts less time, about 1. I don’t use the wifi feature on my long rides on dedicated bike paths here in southern california, as i don’t see the need to be looking out for incoming traffic from behind me there. However, the camera stopped working after three months. I had been using a 128gb card on it, and it worked fine for that time, then the camera never wanted to stay on after that, not even after deleting all the footage on the card, rebooting/resetting the camera, or reformatting the card. After contacting the manufacturer about it, they had me do all that i had already done. Even after changing the card to a smaller memory card (32gb) at their suggestion, it didn’t want to work anymore. So, i then received an entirely new replacement bike cam. They were very helpful communicating with me through the troubleshooting process via facebook messenger. I’ve found that the camera works best with the 32gb sd cards for some reason. I’ve enjoyed this camera, as a rear light and it’s safety and video qualities. And i’m also very impressed with the sound quality as well, it records my friends conversations riding behind me (lol).
