The product is smaller than what i expected but it’s still a good size. The numbers are very clear and i am able to set the time in 12hr increments or 24hr increments. The setup for putting the camera in remote mode was a little confusing but the communication with the customer service reps were very helpful and walked me through the steps to view while away from home.

I found this clock camera’s picture quality to be outstanding. It has a very wide angle view of the space in front of it. The instruction manual needs to be written in better english, but that’s to be expected, coming from china. The app works well, but the features in the settings need to be explained. My intuitive thinking helped me figure out how to use some of them. The led light that indicates where the lens is located can not be seen from the front; however, removing the back panel i can see the light. What good is it, if you can’t see the led light from the front. With the built-in microphone you can hear what’s happening. You can schedule the alarm to send notifications and/or sound, when motion is detected and at intervals by the second. Taking photos or videos with or without a sd card is another feature.

A quaint little alarm clock with bluetooth capability and a pretty little dottie for an alarm ringer. The most surprising thing about it is how small it really is. The weather updates are just another token to this nice hidden camera. The benefit of it being a clock, it captures good portrait of those reading the time and weather. The 150 degree view is enough to cover the entire room, including the night vision. The night vision may be set on a schedule, though the automatic feature is quite reliable. There is but one drawback, which is the app used to interface with the device which remains a lot to be desired. It still has the ability to setup the device with one except, picture control ability: contrast, brightness, saturation and hue. Additionally the app doesn’t label the recorded files correctly and is one event off. This is strictly the fault of the app as the device labels the recordings correctly.

The video quality was excellent. The camera captured an extremely broad field of view. Setup was straightforward from online manual (one scans qr code provided and it opens up the manual). Active real time text chats with customer service for any subsequent issues with installation and use. On receiving initial product i saw a notice on the product manual site accessed with the qr code that the device was being recalled because of a defect in a batch’s remote viewing function. I communicated with customer service and they were spectacular in assisting with testing the device and sending a upgraded replacement. The replacement without the bad batch was phenomenal. Great video quality & remote viewing function was fluid. Other observations:the camera must be plugged in to work.

I purchased this to keep an eye on caretaker for my grandfather after small things started to missing. The set up was bit difficult because i am not very tech savvy, but was able to go online on their website and was able to get step by step manual. After reading, i was able to set it up and have it running in less than 15 minutes. Camera is small and discreet, unless you’re looking in directly under direct sunlight, you won’t be able to see the camera. The reflective lens over the camera makes it difficult to for unsuspecting to see. I love that once set up, i’m able to watch the feed live from anywhere.
